Recently I got off the Manduka train after 11 years and tried a mat company made here in Canada; BYOGANOW was recommended to me by a dear friend and branding expert who I trust.
It was love at first down dog.
They recently asked me some questions to know me better and here it is.
If you aren't switching over to their yoga mats, you should be. Your practice will thank you.
I'm so very grateful to be with their team. Thanks BYOGANOW for providing an anchor for my intention, practice and self.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Why does pleasure have to be associated with ‘guilt’? It’s better to celebrate all that life graciously serves up, which means I enjoy chocolate in bed on the week-ends, champagne for lunch on Fridays (on occasion) and bacon done right.
Favourite place in the world?
Anywhere I can walk the beach in a bikini and attune with the beauty of the ocean.
What’s something that’s always in your fridge?
Oddly enough, Dijon mustard. Weird I know, but true.
What makes your heart beat faster?
Anticipation. Love. Landing in Grand Cayman.
What’s your personal mantra?
Up-Level the Potential; its about doing something with the ‘something’ that you were given. Discover it, draw it out and share it with the world, because the world needs you to.
Favourite and/or least favourite yoga pose and why?
My heart always sings in backbends, loud and proud.
Keep Moving & Loving. No. Matter. What. – Marques Wyatt
