This workshop will look at the first two yamas that create the foundation for the rest of the tenets. Explore how these ‘gems’ feel in the body when we apply them to specific yoga postures.
Workshop 2 Saucha & Asteya/ purity & non-stealing
Creating an environment that is fulfilling to body, mind and heart.
Learn how to create sacred space around your practice, while honouring those around you in this more contemplative workshop.
Workshop 3 Brahmacharya & Aparigraha/ non-excess & non-possessiveness
Finding freedom without clinging.
How to we express ourselves without being attached to the outcome? A challenge on the mat as we tend to focus on the end result. This workshop will include dynamic expressive postures that focus on experiencing 'as we are' without seeking perfection in the pose.
